Barbara Rowenhorst is an education consultant with TIE. She trains teachers in a variety of educational topics and works with districts to provide systemic professional development. Barb received a dual BS degree in Elementary and Special Education and a Masters in Education. She also has K-12 Reading Specialist and Teacher Educator endorsements. Barb taught 25 years in the Rapid City School District before coming to TIE and has instructed classes for South Dakota universities. More about Barb
