Barb Rowenhorst is an education consultant with TIE. She trains teachers in instructional strategies and works with districts to provide systemic professional development. Barb has received a BS dual degree in Elementary and Special Education, a MS degree in Education, and is endorsed as a K-12 Reading Specialist and Teacher Educator. Barb taught 25 years in the Rapid City School District and has been a SD READS instructor and literacy coach. Barb is also certified as a NCA QAR Trainer. (
